But sometimes, slight negligence or over care, though not intentionally, can have a really bad impact on the nature and behavior of your child and thus your child can be spoilt.

Child development has to be categorized into phases depending upon the age of a child and the changes it is going through, whether in its surroundings or physical state. Active parents are aware of these changes and they determine their strategies in order to have a positive impact on the development of their child.

Parents need to be aware of what they have to teach their children during which phase of child development. For instance, elementary children generally lack social skills, so they need to be taught and provided actual time to learn how to interact with their peers. Parenting is all about developing properly suited strategies towards child development. Parents must provide their children the opportunity to be social outside the family setting. It is important that parents team up with other parents who have children and who will attend the school, church, sports programs and other activities of their child and make social arrangements.

Whatever you may read and listen, the bottom line is that there is no hard and fast rule of parenting or say child development.
